OSH Coordinator
The performance of the activities of the health and safety coordinator on the construction site during the preparation and implementation of the construction is based on the conditions of Act No. 309/2006 Coll. and related regulations.
This area arises from the legislative requirements of the law for each company or self-employed person from the point of view of the building investor, if more demanding construction / reconstruction is planned than a family house with one floor, and more contractors are considered (i.e. one craftsman will build the foundations, then masons, plumbers, etc. will join), the services of a health and safety coordinator will be needed. (If the contracting authority does not do so, it may be fined up to CZK 1,000,000).
